1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Plumhead ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the App.

2. Subscription Terms

The App offers subscription-based access to certain features:

Subscriptions are available on a weekly or yearly basis
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any term
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the App Store settings

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Plumhead and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLUMHEAD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
Any content obtained from the App
Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alabama, United States.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
